Dear Management.

I spend 7 nights in your Hotel, (that is the second time in 3 months) last time from 03/08/08- 10/08/08.
That was a great time for me. To be on the Warp 8 bar, on the 08/08/08 for the Olympic games open ceremony. Want say Thank you to all of your service personnel, special at the the Warp 8 Bar, captain, the people at the reception, Boulevard bar and Japanese Restaurant. But very special thanks, to Kathy Jin, She is a very high quality professional and a very nice person. Please forward my wishes to the people. I hope to come back again in October.

During the stay of my wife and myself in March 15-17 at your hotel, your front desk manager Mary MA gave excellent service, and was very helpful with our short stay.
Also your swim pool was very clean and the business center staff very friendly and helpful.
My wife was especially happy with the 30 minute interval free shuttle to the Capital Airport.
